Adds Rat Ears to Tail 3 for Miqote. The ears will appear over the normal cat ears and should animate well with all emotes
These ears will overlap the normal cat ears and should animate well with all emotes. They will follow hair color and have fringed tips for colored hairstyles.
Earings "may" appear but will likely clip in most circumstances.
This will replace the fluffy tail with a thinner tail.
