Hearts Halter for YAB+

Requested by a friend and initially available exclusively for our group, now this Halter is available for everyone :)

This top is available in Medium and Large, with buff options. The top is dyable should you want to transfer it to another item, otherwise you can use Glamourer to color as you wish.

Some weird things may happen with the chains when using Customize+ with extreme values, but it works well all the same :)
